Heaven knows English football needs one, but there is cause for rejoicing now that Eduardo has gone to ply his odious trade in the Ukraine. He's been forced out at last. We don't like foreigners who try to embarass us with softy skills and aren't tough enough to play against proper English warriors. You'd have thought he got the idea when his leg snapped in two when one of our stalwarts went in on him hard to show him not to ponce around, but no, he came back for more. So if breaking him physically wasn't enough, we turned on the mental pressure. The sucker dived, well, went to ground, in a game against Celtic and we went for the jugular, press, pundits and all. Stinking diving foreigner, the unnacceptable face of cheating, such an un-English thing to do. That worked, he was never the same after that humiliation, and he's pissed off at last. Good riddance. Hooray for English football and all who sail in her!
RIP Eduardo, a true gentleman. You could have been great. The very best to you.

He was a class act in every way, a gent, and it's a shame how he was booted and hounded out.
He was a gent and certainly not a diver, but made one mistake and was given hell for it. I've never seen a press wolf-hunt like it. As for the "get in his face": Stat: conversion of chances pre-boken leg - 23%. conversion of chances post-broken leg: 6% Thank you Martin Taylor. Who?
