A long stretch of up hill intense shiggy had the pack spread out all over the place.

Super athlete go west eunuch and the rather rapid walky talky ( racing not walking seems a bit more like it ..) soon left the other stagglers in their wake.

No sign of the rambo wimps split

and after a few tricky checks it was no surprise that the run was closer to two hours than one
